Introducing the When We Create Education Webinar Series!!!
We’re excited to introduce our newest series, When We Create Education Series (WWC), which centers on youth leadership, empowerment, and the importance of designing with youth at the heart of the process. This series is not just for youth. It’s designed with them in mind—equipping adults, educators, and allies with the tools to amplify youth voices and leadership in a world that needs them now more than ever.
In these impactful webinars, we will explore how to foster intergenerational allyship, rethink youth engagement, and empower young people to be the redesigned they were always meant to be. These sessions will center youth experiences, provide actionable strategies for engaging them, and explore how we can all help shape systems that serve youth and communities.

What People Are Saying
“[This webinar] reinforced that centering EDI in social innovation and design thinking for social impact is necessary, even if other colleagues aren't there yet. I also think I could learn a ton from engaging more with CRL and like-minded folks…”
Rebecca Otten, Introduction to ECCD webinar participant
“This workshop made me more aware of how white supremacy shows up even in inclusive, participatory, and anti-racist design work. Our firm will have better practices of shifting and sharing power with co-designers as a result.”
Mer Joyce, How Design Thinking Protects White Supremacy webinar participant
“I thought that the process that was laid out for co-creating shared meaning was extremely helpful. My organization has been talking about how important developing shared language and understanding is to our work, we just weren't quite sure how…”
