Description of Work:
Inspired by the last scene of Avengers: Endgame, this drawing elicits the power of voting and how it’s intrical in our democracy today.
Artist’s Bio:
Temidayo Famakinwa is a drawing artist who’s a senior at Benjamin Banneker Academic High School. Born in South Africa and now residing in the US, he enjoys sports, listening to music, organizing but most of all, he enjoys drawing. From drawing cartoon characters to people as well as participating in Artivism, his drawing prowess enables him to connect with others as well as communicate how he feels about the world and himself.
