Parade of Suppression speaks to the experience of bottling up ones' emotional and sexual expression to fit into the boxes we are told to belong in by society. It is a slow, stifling march with each step more difficult than the last.
Matthew Wilson is an artist in Chicago who makes illustrations and 3D renderings. The main force driving his artwork is the power art has to inspire thought and questioning; the two main ingredients in creativity. Matthew is beginning his career as an artist but hopes that someday he will be able to share his work with audiences around the world.
